Information on this site is provided by IBD Campus and is intended for adults who are licensed healthcare professionals and is provided for general information only. The information provided is not intended to provide or substitute medical advice and should not be relied upon. If you are a consumer who chooses to use the professional-level information on this site, you should not rely on that information as professional medical advice or use it to replace any relationship with your physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Our maximum liability under or in connection with these terms whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to £10.

Nothing in these terms of use restricts any legal rights you may have as a consumer.

Any communication or material you transmit to the site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password or any other authentication information, you must promptly notify us using the contact details below. We have the right to disable any password, or other authentication information whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any these terms.

8. Links to this site

IBD Campus has not reviewed any or all of the third-party websites which contain links to this site and is not responsible for the content of any such off-site pages or any other sites linked to the site. If you wish to link your website to this site, you may only link to the home page and you may only do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You may not link to any other pages within this site without the prior written consent of IBD Campus. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We do not endorse the content or other material contained in linked third party sites and have no association with their operators. Your use of linked third party sites will be governed by their terms and conditions and privacy policies (if any) and it is your responsibility to read and comply with such documents. We accept no liability deriving from a breach or omission of the terms and conditions or privacy policies of third parties.

10. Consequences

If we become aware that you have violated any of these terms of use, we may immediately suspend or discontinue your access to the site and remove any information, data and content put on the site by you, without notice. If we have suffered loss as a result of your violation we may, in our sole discretion, seek to recover damages from you. In such circumstances all rights granted to you under these terms of use will immediately cease.

These terms of use also incorporate the terms of our privacy policy (as updated from time to time). Our privacy policy explains how your personal information will be collected and used as well as other information regarding your privacy. By agreeing to these terms of use, you are also agreeing to the privacy policy.

These terms of use are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
